Anne joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball as a Shareholder in 2010. Anne practices in the areas of wills, trusts, the administration of estates, the taxation of estates, gifts and generation-skipping transfers, asset protection planning, and general tax matters. She is a member of The Florida Bar since 1985, and a Florida Bar Certified Estate Planning and Probate Lawyer since 1992.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Anne has drafted a wide variety of estate planning documents including complex wills and trusts with credit shelter, marital, and generation-skipping transfer tax provisions, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and intentionally defective grantor trusts.
Handled tax audits of and disputes relating to estate and gift tax returns.
Prepared fiduciary accountings and federal estate tax returns.
Implemented various asset protection techniques, including plans utilizing exemptions, limited partnerships and offshore trusts.
