Asset Protection Trusts are set up in an attempt to avoid or mitigate the effects of taxation, divorce, and bankruptcy to protect assets for trust beneficiaries. They also may protect assets from lawsuits related to malpractice and creditor claims. Mr. Halloran will address the essential elements of these trusts and how some states and jurisdictions have laws more favorable than Florida to help individuals (your clients) keep more of what is theirs.
Cost: $15.00 payable at the door. Please note that persons making reservations and not canceling by noon, Tuesday, April 24th, will be invoiced by the EPCFC for the program cost.
