Tony Marek, CFA®, CPA®, is a member of the U.S. Private Client team at BlackRock. He is dedicated to supporting Independent Financial Advisors throughout the state of Florida. Tony has 9 years of financial services experience which includes time spent conducting equity research for American Century Investments. Prior to joining in the investment management industry, Tony was a Senior Tax Advisor with Deloitte in Kansas City, MO where his client base consisted of Ultra High Net Worth individuals, corporations and partnerships. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Masters degree in accountancy from Truman State University where he also was a 4 year letterman on the football team. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. A native of Southern California, Tony, his wife Julie, their son, Max, and daughter, Charlotte, live in Orlando, FL. Tony is an avid family man, golfer, technical scuba diver and snowboarder.
