Subject: The Remainder of 2010 - The Perfect Storm of Storms for Estate Planners, Accountants and Taxpayers
Brad has practiced in the greater Daytona Beach area for nearly 10 years with his father Gus Gornto in the law firm of Gornto & Gornto, P.A. Brad’s law practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, taxation, business law and probate and trust administration. Prior to coming to Daytona in 2001, Brad worked for a large estate planning firm in Naples, Florida for one year. Brad earned a B.S. in Marketing & Economics from Florida State University in 1995, a J.D. from the University of Florida in 1998 and a LL.M in taxation from the University of Miami in 2000. Most importantly, Brad has been married to his wife Cindy, who is CEO of Gornto Industries, which specializes in the care of their 3 sons, Bryce-age 5, Owen-age 3, and also little Joel – who is only three months old.
Brad will be talking to us about some very important estate planning strategies for our clients for the rest of 2010 and beyond. Brad has broken down things into a list of his top 5 strategies, which must be considered during this perfect storm of perfect storms – the remaining 50 - yes 50 -days of 2010.
