The Care Solutions were originally developed by Golden Rule Financial Services beginning in 1989, and they continue to evolve since acquisition by State Life in late 2005. Elaine Marvin has been in the insurance industry since 1984 and has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Ball State University, Muncie, IN, and lives in Temple Terrace, FL.
