Join us on February 20th 2025 as Attorneys Baylee Bunyard and Heather Bond Vargas present on the subject of fiduciaries appointed under common Estate Planning documents, fiduciary responsibilities, the responsibilities of 3rd parties, and a Florida updates on these docs/relationships.
Baylee and Heather will then segway into a discussion regarding trustees and some counterintuitive solutions that are available when an irrevocable trust is no longer congruent with the Settlor's intent and/or the beneficiaries' best interest.
