Wendy A. Mara, JD, MBA, CAP, is the managing attorney of Mara Law, P.A., which focuses on Family Law and Elder Law. Mara Law has offices in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Palm Coast. Prior to becoming an attorney, Wendy taught Language Arts for three years in Volusia County Schools and ten years at Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona Beach. Throughout the years, Wendy has been actively involved in the legal community, her local community, and her church community. Wendy has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce; past chair of PACE Center for Girls, Volusia-Flagler; past President of the Volusia Flagler Association for Women Lawyers, and past President of the Volusia County Bar Association. Wendy is currently the Chair of her Parish Council at Prince of Peace Catholic Church and most recently has joined the Board of the Catholic Foundation of Central Florida. Wendy is a Cub Scout Den Leader and a Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts. Wendy enjoys practicing Martial Arts with her two young boys and camping with her family. Wendy has six children, three grandchildren, and resides in Ormond Beach with her husband Robert and her two youngest children.
