The presentation will be on utilizing annuities to reserve wealth when utilizing Trust (Irrevocable Trusts). The key is the IRS Private Letter Ruling (PLR) #19990515 that allows the re-titling of the annuity contract from the trust to the annuitant and it not be a taxable event. This can have a big impact on the transfer of wealth when assets pass to 2nd & 3rd generations.
